Order Processing
At Takara Box we process orders very quickly. Orders are
processed during daytime business hours Monday to Friday.
Any evening orders will be processed on the following
business day.
Changes
If, for any reason, you should have to make a change on your
order, email us at
inquire@takarabox.com. We will do our best to make the
change. However, orders are processed very fast. We cannot
guarantee that the change will be made.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your robe,
pajama's or slippers you may return or exchange your item.

Please use the original shipping box, if possible. Make
sure to include the return form in the box. If the item is
damaged we will be happy to send you a new one. You may
return Pyjamas, Robes & Slippers for any reason within 90
days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding the shipping charges. Gift Certificates and body
care are non-refundable. |
